弊社の人材紹介サービスの利用料金は、成功報酬型のサービスです。貴社のご希望人材要件等をヒヤリングさせて頂き、対象となる求職者へのアプローチから、求人の作成、面接の調整など全て当社が行います。採用に至らない場合は、一切費用は頂きません。安心してご利用ください。

*ご希望により、労働契約法および労働基準法を順守した書面交付や労働契約書、外国人雇用などに関する労務コンサルティング(有料)も承ります。

Our staffing service for the company side is free of charge for posting the job information and sending you the candidate for the interview. After the interview you decide to send the job offer to the final candidate and get in back the letter of acceptance from them, then we will send you the invoice of the staffing fee. If you could not meet the right person, to sending the offer, you don’t need to pay any cost.

・We have right to refuse to accept the job posting depending on the conditions of the job. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

How much is the staffing fee?

It’s 30% of the theoretical annual income of the acceptant.
The refund policy, if the acceptant quit the company within 30 days count from the first day of the work: 80%, Within 60 days: 50%, Within 90 days: 20%, Over 90 days: No refund.

We would like to hire non-Japanese worker. Can we?

Yes, you can. However you need to make sure that they have permit to work in Japan beforehand.
Especially your company business is belong to the 14 industries and planning to hire the “Specified Skilled Worker (I)”, you are required to pre-registration.

What is the benefit to use your serves?

Our adviser will check your job information carefully and will send only the valid candidates for the interviews. You can cut the advertisement cost for the job posting which you might needed to pay even you could not get any valid candidates at all. You can also cut the time for checking the applicant CV and the time for setting up the interview date.
